This tropical print design was originally chosen by Steamline Luggage for the interior lining of their "Botanist" collection. All the motifs were hand drawn with pencil and then coloured in Photoshop, and arranged into a repeat layout.
They decided to explore the possibility of printing on the exterior of the suitcases as well. Since the lining was going to be printed digitally, I had to separate the colours for screen printing on the exterior.
I created the mockups below to help visualise their idea.
They loved how the samples from the manufacturer turned out and decided to add them to their collection.
