Create a print design featuring classic horse bits, styled in an elegant and timeless way, suitable for use across a range of products.

I researched different styles and shapes of snaffles, D-rings, and chose a few with and without curb chains that would contrast and combine well.
I first sketched the motifs by pencil before drawing them in Procreate.
The motifs were arranged in an striped interlocking layout, with versatility in mind. I incorporated leather straps, buckle details, and subtle stitching to add depth and authenticity to the design. The overall print draws reflects classic equestrian aesthetics, with a deep tan and brass colour palette, inspired by luxury tack.
