Australian brand Elation asked for "a simple, striking yet beautiful coral pattern that looks bold in the water", in two colour ways - terracotta and a dusty blue.
The client was happy with the direction of the mood board so I made a start designing the coral inspired motifs and layout.
Once approved I put the design into a repeat and created four different colourways, two in terracotta tones and two in a dusty blue.
The client decided to go with the third colourway after seeing the variations.
